Retrun Policy:

At Rainbow Treatz will take pride in our products If you are unsatisfied with your order, we require that you return the item to us within 24hrs of recieving it. All refundsgiven will be a put on a in-store credit to be at furture at a furture date.
* We must receive the baked goods in order for a full refund to be recieved a full in store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Cancellation Policy:

Rainbow Treatz require a 24 hr notice to cancel an order. A 75% refund will be given and refunded as a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Rainbow Treatz retains 25% of the orders price for transactions fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered, and prep-work done for orders placed.Failure to receive a 24 hrs notice, results in a no refund given.The 24 hr notice is from the time and day of pick up or delivery requested.This does not included cakes. (See Cake policy below)
Products that are not picked up at time and date customer selected will not be refunded or be put on a store credit.

Order Policy:

We require that all orders be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website or our invoice sent. We require a 24hr notice for all orders placed, and 1 week notices for cakes.

Cake Policy:

All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the custmer receives a 50% of the refund.NO CASH WILL BE GIVEN.Failure to cancel within 24hrs of cake pick up or delievery date and time will result in a no refund given.
There will be a $10.00 fee to changes made within 48hrs of cake orders.
We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
